Receptionist / Administrative assistant

 

This person will

  • Operate in and be responsible for the reception area; and
    • Is responsible for all the functions resulting from being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and visitors; as well as
    • A diverse range of administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Meeting visitors.
  2. ‘PRO’
  3. Switchboard
  4. Assisting Office manager and Head Office team with various tasks
  5. Administration
  6. E-mails
  7. Correspondence
  8. Bookings & Reservations (accommodation, flights, vehicles, etc.)
  9. Ordering of stationary
  10. Filing
  11. Photostats
  12. General office tasks
