Receptionist / Administrative assistant

This person will

Operate in and be responsible for the reception area; and
- Is responsible for all the functions resulting from being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and visitors; as well as
- A diverse range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Meeting visitors.

Assisting Office manager and Head Office team with various tasks
Administration
E-mails
Correspondence
Bookings & Reservations (accommodation, flights, vehicles, etc.)
Ordering of stationary
Filing
Photostats
General office tasks

Accurate and skilled Administrator

Build relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Handling of difficult clients

Strong written and oral communication
Afrikaans and English
