OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT AND VALID LICENSE

PREFERABLY A NON- SMOKER

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND LISTENING SKILLS

ASSERTIVE AND RELIABLE

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

MANAGING A BUSY SWITCHBOARD

ASSISTING WALK IN CLIENTS

DEALING WITH COURIERS

ASSISTING WITH GENERAL TASKS AROUND THE OFFICE FROM THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS

PRINTING OF DOCUMENTS

GENERAL FILING

ORDERING OF STATIONARY
