JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your responsibilities:
Reception

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate staff members
  • Arrange refreshments as and when required
  • Assist with deliveries that arrive at reception, and inform the relevant staff member of the delivery
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area
  • Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings. Determine the purpose of calls, take and forward messages to the relevant employee or department.
  • Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to the appropriate staff member
