SUMMARY:
Our Green Point based client is looking for a presentable receptionist to be their face and to assist members and visitors alike.

POSITION INFO:
NOTE: Application must be accompanied with a professional photo of the applicant

Preference will be given to candidates living in close proximity to CBD.

DUTIES:

Reception
Answering calls
Dealing with queries
Admin
Filing
Petty cash
Direct visitors
Make bookings
Take payments – cash and card
Assist members with loading cash onto gold cards
Ad-hoc duties as may arise from time to time

REQUIREMENT:

Fully bilingual
Neat appearance (possible uniform)
Good communication skills
Must be mid 20’s
Golf knowledge
Knowledge of Club Master - advantage

HOURS:

Mon - Sat: 08:00 - 17:00
Sunday: 08:00 – 12:00
Time off in lieu of over time will be given
