Our client based in Green Point, Cape Town is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to assist in general administration as well as being the first point of contact for clients interacting with the business.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Exceed customer expectations
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience within a sports environment will be beneficial
DUTIES: - Assisting clients regarding their membership accounts
- Liaising with walk in clients
- Assisting clients with any enquiries
- Resolving queries from clients
- Switchboard duties
- Sense of urgency
- Be able to recognize and report mistakes
HOURS:- Monday to Sunday 8:00 – 17:00
- Weekend work required either one Sunday or Saturday a week
- Off days on weekends and during the week
