POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for a well- groomed , mature individual to join their company based in Stikland.

The Duties/Responsibilities are as follows:

Answer switchboard / Take messages
The receptionist will have to have some Pastel Accounting knowledge
Should reside in the Northern suburbs
Covid 19 Registers (forms, visitor register, daily inspection list)
Make sure all paperwork is received on the collections sheet
Receive Card/Cash Payments
Scan and email Civil/Municipal Tenders
Copying/filing of tender documents
Book courier for collections/deliveries
Draft letters/notices
Search and follow up tenders
Print purchase orders from pastel for the storeman
Complete drivers log and sign off paperwork received from drivers
Type out tenders/pricelists
Ad hoc filing
Ordering of stationery/consumables
Monthly scanning of recons to creditors
Assist Manager with POD requests

The salary will be – R8500.00
