Receptionist (6 month contract)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organised Receptionist / Sales Support Administrator to join our team based in the Kempton Park area. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple departments.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Reside in or near Spartan / Kempton Park
• Previous reception or admin experience
• Sage Pastel 50 experience advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Assist the Sales Department, including quotes on Sage Pastel 50
• Welcome visitors and manage boardroom bookings
• Handle parcels and courier collections
• File customer and supplier invoices
