As our new Receptionist, you will be the important first impression for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and keeping things organized. You will get great support from our team, learn how a top business runs, and grow your professional skills every day.

POSITION INFO:
What You Will Do

Your main daily tasks will be simple and direct:

Greet visitors and clients with a big, friendly smile.
Answer incoming phone calls and send them to the right person.
Keep the front desk area looking clean, neat, and welcoming.
Help book meeting rooms and look after the office calendar.
Do basic office tasks like sorting letters, scanning papers, and typing short notes.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to update simple lists.

What You Need to Apply

A Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
A polite, clear speaking voice on the phone.
Good manners and a helpful, positive attitude.
Basic skills using a computer (Word, Excel, and emails).
Experience answering phones or working at a front desk is a plus, but a willingness to learn is most important!
