Receptionist – Isando, Gauteng

Location: Isando, Gauteng Type: Permanent | Full-time Start Date: 1 December 2025 Salary: R8,000 – R12,000/month (Negotiable, based on experience) Transport: Own reliable transport required

Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and well-organized Receptionist to join our team in Elandsfontein. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front-desk role, basic administrative skills, and a professional, service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Assist with scheduling and general office support as needed

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-line role
Basic administrative skills and computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional appearance and customer service mindset
Must have own reliable transport to and from work
Availability to start on 1 December 2025
