SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available, and have good administration and numeracy skills to take on a 6 month contract position in Epping?

This is a varied position incorporating reception, administration, extensive client liaison and assisting with debtors on a package similar to Pastel.

Must be professional to join their well-established team being their contact person with all clients. Essential to be immediately available.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Customer Service, Administration and assisting with Debtors experience
Must be well spoken to speak professionally to all clients in a clear voice
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Word and Excel

DUTIES:

Handling all incoming calls enthusiastically and professionally
Manage the filing systems
Data Capturing
Ordering of consumables both stationery and coffee and tea etc.
Assist with the debtors function, emailing clients statements and following up on accounts needing to be paid
Dealing with telephonic and email queries
Liaise with courier services online and telephonically re collections and deliveries
Phoning Clients for information required
Liaise with service providers

Salary: R12,000 - 15,000 per month dependent on experience
