Rebate Clerk

SUMMARY:
A leading manufacturer is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Warehouse department. They seek a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of a Rebate Clerk.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: 

• Matric
• Basic Bookkeeping
• Experience working in a Rebate / SARS Bond store
• Computer literate
• Leadership & Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Be prepared to work overtime and on weekends when necessary

• Daily update of SARS register book
• Ensuring stock on hand is balancing when comparing Sage and register book
• Attached delivery note on overseas shipments once checked.
• Receive and file all closed work orders
• Create and files all documents relating to overseas shipment.
• Compile and send documents to the bank relating to evidence of importation
• Assist with rain umbrella frames issues
• Install bill of entry numbers after shipment has been allocated
• Create work orders of expired stock or sample stock
• Update on upcoming expiring rebated fabric and frames
• Update available stock on rain frames and covers and advise on reject covers and frames
• Advise Stock Pickers, which shipment to supply first as per FIFO system.
• Update register on rebated stock sent to sample department.
