SUMMARY:
This is a full-time opportunity for a Rental Agent in the real estate sector. The Rental Agent will be responsible for managing rental properties, sourcing tenants, and ensuring effective lease agreements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and an understanding of rental procedures and compliance. This is a commission-based opportunity.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential tenants.
• Conduct property viewings for rental clients.
• Draft and manage lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with rental laws and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Handle rental payments, deposits, and related administration.
• Resolve tenant and landlord queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of rental laws, tenant rights, and lease agreements.
• Proven experience in property rentals.
• Attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Relationship management skills.
• Registered with the PPRA / FFC (Valid).
• Qualification: NQF4 in Real Estate.
• Experience with property management systems/software is advantageous.
