Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Administration Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting agents, and managing essential documentation and communication. Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings (Property Finder and other platforms) and update company website.
- Handle KYC procedures and maintain compliance records.
- Coordinate office communications and support the real estate team with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage real estate documentation and coordinate property-related activities.
- Provide customer support when required.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and mail).
- Prepare and submit paperwork for transactions and maintain file systems.
- Conduct research on market trends, property values, and potential clients.
- Oversee office supplies, groceries, stationery, and general office upkeep.
Qualifications & Skills- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role (Dubai market experience preferred).
- Proficiency in real estate management software and listing platforms.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
