Duties:
Promote and detail the companies pharmaceutical products to general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
Effectively communicate the clinical benefits, indications, and usage of products through meetings and presentations.
Stay up to date with the latest medical and scientific information relevant to the product portfolio.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Plan and conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
Identify new opportunities for product promotion and business growth.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback from healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales data, and feedback using CRM tools.
Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, medical advancements, and sales techniques.
Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.
Communicate safety profile and risk information clearly, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Identify, document, and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs), product complaints, or safety concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the pharmacovigilance team to support safety-related reporting and follow-up.
Log medical queries, safety concerns, and customer feedback for internal review.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of RPE and R programming is advantageous.
Relevant experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
