Our successful Reservations Managers …

· maximise sales and marketing opportunities within the hotel’s policies, procedures and standards

· ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when processing reservations and guest requests

· Oversight of both Reservations and Banqueting and conferencing department

· access and interpret human resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation

· facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded

· manage room inventory with diligent adherence to checklists and systems

· maintain the data integrity of the property management system with respect to guest profiles, history, sales and marketing

· manage the revenue management system with strict adherence to the hotel’s standards and audit preparation requirements

· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), Diploma in Hospitality/ Hotel Management, verbal and written English skills, experience on Hotel Management Systems – Opera, an attention to detail, a proven customer service focus, and at least three years’ experience in a similar hotel position.
