🌱 WE ARE HIRING – RESEARCH TECHNICIAN 🌱

📍 Location: Potchefstroom
💰 Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 per month

Are you passionate about agriculture, research, and crop development? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Technician to join a dynamic research team!

🔍 About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various crop trials, while collecting and managing valuable research data.

🌽 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Planning and outlining statistical trials for Sunflower, Soyabean, Sorghum, and Maize
✔ Planting, monitoring, and harvesting trials according to company protocols
✔ Assisting with research and marketing trial data collection
✔ Ensuring accuracy and quality of all collected data
✔ Supporting Marketing Managers during planting and harvesting seasons
✔ Active involvement in farmer days and demonstration plantings

🎓 Minimum Requirements:
✔ Agricultural Degree or related qualification
✔ 2–5 years relevant experience
✔ Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
✔ Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
✔ Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
