REMUNERATION MANAGER

Our client, an established agri-business requires the services of a dynamic person to join their Human Resources team at their head office in Ceres.
With roots in tradition, yet with a forward-looking vision, they invest in their people as much as they invest in their land.
As the Remuneration Manager you will be the driving force of the development and execution of the Total Rewards strategy that keeps our people motivated, valued, and inspired.
REPORTING TO THE HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES, YOU WILL:
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward structures
- Manage a team of payroll and benefits specialists
- Ensure equitable, competitive pay aligned with strategic goals and reward policy
- Oversee compliance with legislation and benefit fund rules
- Lead salary processes and annual review cycles
- Optimize HR systems for efficiency and automation
- Provide expert advisory to management on people and pay practices
- System support and payroll processing guidance for 18 payroll users.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in HR, Commerce, or Finance
- 10 years’ experience in Payroll, Salary & Wages
- 5+ years in Reward Management (preferably in a group structure)
- Above average Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Sage People Suite and HR systems
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and advisory skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and proven leadership
