A Recruitment Company in Pretoria is looking for the services of a Junior Recruitment Agent with 2 -3 years’ experience in the recruitment field

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specialising in IT and Project Management functions of various industries

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans and be able to engage with all stakeholders on a friendly manner

The successful candidate will have the assistance of various Search engines and will be given proper training on the systems used by the Company

The ability and discipline to work from home will also be required

Full external recruitment process

Resourcing for suitable candidates as per requirements

Full Screening of all candidates before forwarding documents to Client

Uploading job adverts

Capturing of details for candidates on the database

Shortlist suitable candidates and compile candidate reports

Prepare interviews and conduct recruitment interviews

Ensure candidates are on time for their external interviews
