RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK with HOSPITALITY Industry experience an Advantage

* Matric
* Minimum 2-3 years' Working experience
* Computer Literate - ESSENTIAL
* Professional Appearance & Well Spoken
* Work closely with Housekeeping & Other Departments
* Excellent Customer Service
* MUST be Willing to Work Shifts, Weekends & Public Holidays
* Knowledge of Hotel Booking Systems - will be an
  ADVANTAGE

DUTIES:
* Welcome & Assist Guests
* Handle Check-Ins & Check-Outs
* Process Reservations & Payments
* Respond to Guest Requests & Complaints
