RECEPTIONIST & IT CALL PLANNER

SUMMARY:
Receptionist/IT Call Planner builds effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and operate well within a team environment. The individual displays strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery in meeting SLA’s and assigning call to Technicians.

POSITION INFO:

  KEY JOB OUTPUTS

• Answering the switchboard, directing calls, and taking messages.
• Manage Boardroom calendar.
• Managing the reception area including receiving customers/clients
• Log all customers reported faults on the system.
• Manage and track the reported fault.
• Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault
• Capture the reported fault progress status on the system
• Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged
• Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians
• Process all Job Cards on the system
• Ensure all documentation is filled
• Update multiple systems where needed
