SUMMARY:
Document Controller (Engineering Consulting) – West Rand

POSITION INFO:

Our client is an EPCM company within the minerals processing environment.

Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy documents (contracts, drawings, reports, correspondence)
Implement document numbering and identification systems for easy retrieval and tracking
Process document submissions and conduct quality checks for compliance
Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and project teams
Maintain document registers and tracking databases
Archive and retrieve documents according to retention policies
Assist with document audits and compliance reviews
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Liaise with various teams to facilitate smooth document flow

Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent (further training in administration or information management is a plus)
