Our client is an industrial manufacturer.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Your main function will be a hands-on supervisor with a focus on leading the operational teams to improve equipment efficiencies, maintaining equipment availability, and customer relations.

Complete all inspections and reports, boiler house and equipment, boiler controls, optimizing boiler efficiencies, planned maintenance, and legal compliance of boiler plants

Qualifications

Trade Certificate Millwright/Electrician or Diploma in Electrical engineering with a strong Mechanical background.
Boiler operation and maintenance training certificates will be advantageous.

Skills

5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar position, and industry.
Strong ability to Supervise Boiler house staff or Production staff.
Experience with 5Y analysis, fault finding, planned maintenance, repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment, (programming of PLC and drives, and equipment commissioning.
Competent in, reading of drawing, technical diagrams and the drawing of basic wiring diagram.
Computer literacy in MS Office and SharePoint
Experience of Boiler servicing and commissioning will be advantageous.
Experience in Project management.
Valid driver’s license
