POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as Litigation Secretary
• Experience with Road Accident Fund Litigation would be beneficial 
• Ghost Practice system beneficial but not a requirement
• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Managing court diaries, deadlines, and hearing dates.
• Filing and serving court documents 
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
