Quotes Administrator – Group Risk (Employee Benefits)

SUMMARY:
A large Financial Services/Insurance company based in Parktown is looking for a Quotes Administrator - Group Risk (Employee Benefits)

POSITION INFO:

JOB CONTEXT:

• The Quotations Team is part of the Pricing Team and is responsible for the co-ordination and production of all quotations for the company’s Group Risk, new and renewal business. The purpose of the role is to ensure that quotations are produced accurately within required timelines.
• Tracking new and existing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Processing of quotations and quotations documents
• Ensure electronic filing is updated regularly
• Updating the quotations register
• Capture and analyze claims experience
• Prepare quotes and risk letters within agreed SLA
• Assist at times with ad-hoc projects not within the portfolio.

QUOTES ADMINISTRATOR JOB CONTEXT:

RELATIONSHIPS:

• Internal Staff, Policyholders, clients, brokers, Service providers, insurers, reinsurers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric)
• At least 2 years insurance experience
• 1 year group risk quotations experience (beneficial)
• Understanding of Employee benefits industry (beneficial)

• Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Service Delivery driven
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills MS office (especially excel knowledge)
