Quantity Surveyor – Property Development group based in Matsapha in Eswantini. A strong understanding of development economics and cost drivers, working knowledge of JBCC contracts and advanced Excel skills and experience with QS measurement software I is essential Assist in managing the commercial and cost aspects of property development projects from feasibility through construction to close‑out. The role focuses on procurement, budget control, value protection, and commercial risk management for new developments as well as current property portfolio. Must be a Liswati national.
