SUMMARY:
Our client in the steel industry is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator with IATF 16949 (Non Negotiable) experience to join them in Alberton, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Quality Systems Administrator (IATF16949)
Geographical area: Alberton, Gauteng
Salary range: R 15 000.00 – R 24 000.00 CTC pm

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Support SHEQ Manager on maintaining good Quality Management System
Responsible for all administration duties in Quality department.
Amending procedures and policies as instructed by SHEQ Manager
Ensure that QMS documents distributed are controlled copies & live / current documents
Out of date records kept for uncontrolled documents and identified accordingly
Perform Capability Studies, on monthly bases and analyse data into graphs
Responsible for 8D reports, Non-Conformances and Corrective actions process to complete, monitor and report on statuses
Support SHEQ Manager with monthly reports.
Support Claims Controller with administration

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Grade 12 / Equivalent
IATF16949 Certification required
Minimum 2 years quality experience
