SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the company’s Quality Management function and ensure that all products, services, and processes meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and TÜV SÜD requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence quality culture across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TÜV SÜD, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and certifications
- Lead investigations into quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee supplier quality performance, conduct supplier audits, and drive supplier improvement programmes
- Collect, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics
- Prepare and present quality reports and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Drive a strong clientâfocused quality culture throughout the organisation
- Manage client complaints, satisfaction metrics, and improvement programmes
- Provide leadership, support, and performance management for the Quality Team
- Support the achievement of strategic quality objectives aligned with the company’s Project 500 growth targets

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in quality management
- Experience in an engineering environment is advantageous
- Certification such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
- Understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make dataâdriven decisions
- Good project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work crossâfunctionally and influence stakeholders
