SUMMARY:
Quality Controller from the FMCG Industry Entry level with 1 year's working experience Tertiary degree / diploma in either food technology or biotechnology R7 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:

- Conduct daily and additionally scheduled checks of factory Pre-Requisite
- Investigate and report on any non-conforming results of PRP checks
- Conduct scheduled environmental monitoring for laboratory testing
- Conduct scheduled finished product and raw materials sampling for laboratory testing
- Perform trend analyses and report on both product batch release and retention sample monitoring sessions
- Conduct staff training to redress day to day non-conformances as and when they occur
- Perform on-line document verifications
- Assist with customer complaint investigations
- Accompany outside service providers when visiting the production areas and organisation premises
- Maintain a log of daily incident report records
- Monitor that production processes are conducted according to the approved specification and the reporting of any non-conformances
- Constantly promote Good Manufacturing Practices and Clean-As-You-Go practices throughout the organisation
- Liaise with cleaners and contractors to resolve any cleaning issues
- Monitor the correct storage of finished products, raw materials and chemicals according to approved procedures
- Distribution of daily quality control related documents to production staff
- Maintenance, filing and archiving of documentation
