SUMMARY:
A reputable dairy manufacturing company is looking for a candidate with a Lead Auditors Certificate to join their team. This candidate must have exceptional auditing skills and a desire to grow within the company. POSITION INFO:

Auditing

Conduct taste tests and score products

Coordinate and control all Quality Assurance activities

Document control and auditing

Evaluate information to determine compliance standards

Information recording and storing in written or electronic form

Administration/ ability to translate information into practical document formats

Skills & Experience:

FSSC 22000 Certificate

Lead Auditors Certificate

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs

Knowledge of HACCP and ISO Principles and Practices

Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Legislation

Sensory Evaluation

Qualification:

Food Technology/ Food Science/ Dairy Specific Diploma

Quality and Food Systems Management Certificate

Lead Auditors Certificate (Preferably SAACTA Accreditation)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
