Requirements

ï‚· Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related fields

ï‚· Relevant analytical, data management and/or BI experience in Financial Services

ï‚· Testing/ quality assurance experience

ï‚· Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Pivot, TeamFoundationServer

ï‚· Advantageous: experience in Business Intelligence Reporting

Tasks and Responsibilities

ï‚· Delivery within agreed timeframes

o Understand business context and have working knowledge of reporting tools and deliveries o Review and analyse requirements/ specifications o Executes all types of testing – unit, system, integration, regression, usability, etc o Develops effective strategies and test plans o Executes test cases (manual or automated) and analyses results o Create logs to document and track testing phases, results, and defects o Reports bugs and errors to development teams o Assists with root cause analysis, data analysis and problem solving o Conducts post-release/ post-implementation testing o Participates in design reviews and provides input on requirements and design
