Join this vibrant and reputable financial services company as their new Quality Assurance Reviewer.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Apply the internal audit methodology and quality standards with minimum supervision.
Develop and maintain audit procedures and update changes accordingly.
Report on full reviews and distribute final audit report to various internal and external stakeholders.
Track the remediation of the recommended action plans to ensure implemented in the business units.
File all audit working papers, documents and reports in the designated files.
Interact with the company’s Internal Audit, compliance and risk functions where combined Assurance is required.
Assist the QA Manager with completion of the annual QA Review Plan

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Matric
Internal Auditing Degree or relevant Risk Management degree
Completed CISA or CISM certification will be advantageous

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

2 to 4 years exposure to a Quality Assurance and/or Internal Audit environment
2 years Risk Management experience
Experience in financial services industry would be an advantageous
