POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Lead, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the factory
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with approved SOPs, quality manuals, and internal standards
Manage non-conformances, deviations, CAPAs, and lead root cause investigations
Plan and conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and ensure audit readiness

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
Proven leadership experience managing quality teams
Strong manufacturing background in a similar industrial environment
Solid exposure to audits, risk management, and corrective action system

Qualification:

BSc / BEng / BTech / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / Six Sigma certification will be advantageous
