SUMMARY:
A dynamic Employee Benefits company based in the North of Gauteng is looking for Quality Assurance Administrator. To follow a logical quality assurance process in authorising and releasing of benefit claim payments

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORAMNCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conform to regulation, standards and procedures when it comes to quality assurance
Check benefit payment calculations, divestments, tax applications and tax directive, etc. for accuracy.
Check/verify payee details including banking details in respect of benefit claim payments and authorise payment in respect of withdrawal claims, retirement claims, disability claims, death claims, etc. in accordance with set procedures and standards.
All benefit payments to be authorised for payment within set time lines
Meet set targets
Identify areas of non-compliance and report to management
Identify any risk and provide these with solutions to management
Applying technical skills to the task

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Matric, related industry qualification, e.g. retirement fund qualifications and/or other related qualification, e.g. B Com, B Admin, auditing qualification
Experience in similar field of work would be advantageous
Computer literacy – Advanced office
Experience in checking of claims and releasing the claims.
