Take ownership of quality in a high-performing hospital where standards, compliance, and patient outcomes are non-negotiable. This role offers the opportunity to influence systems, drive improvement, and embed a culture of excellence across the organisation.
As Quality Manager, you will be the custodian of the hospital’s Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, working closely with the Hospital Manager and leadership team to ensure its effectiveness. You will coordinate quality initiatives across departments, align objectives with group standards, and ensure consistent delivery against regulatory and operational requirements.
This role sits at the heart of hospital performance—translating quality strategy into measurable outcomes. From managing audits and incident investigations to driving continuous improvement programmes and overseeing data integrity, you will play a key role in strengthening systems and enhancing patient care.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external bodies, including regulators
- Manage and enhance the hospital’s quality and environmental management systems
- Align and drive quality and sustainability objectives across departments
- Compile quality scorecards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
- Analyse trends, risks, and incidents, and drive corrective actions
- Lead deviation management, including investigation and close-out of incidents and audit findings
- Support environmental compliance, including impact assessments and incident reporting
- Oversee healthcare risk waste management, ensuring correct handling and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in patient experience programmes
- Manage the InfoQuest system, including training, access, data accuracy, and reporting
- Conduct and monitor risk assessments and mitigation plan across the hospital
What You Bring
- Relevant qualification in Quality Management, Healthcare, or a related field
- Proven experience in a quality management role within a hospital environment
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and healthcare regulations
- Experience with data management and reporting systems such as InfoQuest
- Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capability
- Understanding of environmental and risk management practices
