SUMMARY:
The Qualified BMW Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of BMW vehicles according to factory specifications. This role suits a certified tradesperson with strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on BMW vehicles.
Conduct safety checks and ensure all work meets BMW quality standards.
Use BMW ISTA diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex faults.
Complete job cards accurately and on time.
Support junior technicians and apprentices where needed.
Maintain compliance with workshop safety and environmental policies.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues.

Requirements:

Qualified Motor Mechanic (Red Seal or equivalent).
3–5 years’ post-qualification experience (BMW or German brand experience advantageous).
Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Valid driver’s licence (Code B).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
