Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology-related treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and assess patients’ physical and emotional status before, during, and after treatment.
• Manage side effects and complications associated with cancer therapies.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnosis, treatment plans, symptom management, and home care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with hospital and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Offer psychological and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with new oncology practices and treatment protocols.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of cytotoxic drugs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license.
• Oncology Nursing certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in oncology or related specialty.
• Proficiency in chemotherapy administration and handling of cytotoxic agents.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (advantageous).
