SUMMARY:
Qualified Fitter Supervisor with extensive mining experience and strong computer skills required to work between home (anywhere) and mining site in DRC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
Available immediately for a ten month project
Trade Tested Fitter
Excellent computer skills on MS Office Suite (specifically capturing onto Excel) and above average typing speed
Extensive experience within the mining industry
Previous staff supervisory experience
Excellent understanding of terms of the trade, aware of SAQA requirements (competency requirements)
Valid passport and willing to travel to site in DRC when required and assist in staff supervision

Duties:
Data capturing into Excel
Ensure that job cards corelate to activity on mine
Capturing of parts / spares under correct equipment on Excel
Capturing of SAQA competencies / non-competencies into Excel
Technical understanding of mining, artisan competency requirements and machine parts are necessary for the accurate capturing of this information
Travel to site to assist with staff supervision as and when needed
