QHSE Technician (UK - Hyde, Manchester)

SUMMARY:
VACANCY: QHSE Technician
LOCATION: Hyde, Manchester
SALARY: Market Related

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to support with the inspection, verification and validation of products and components from initial arrival to the site throughout all stages of production to ensure process control requirements and quality standards are being maintained.
Success in the role is measured through the site’s performance against QHSE objectives and targets, with continually reducing numbers of nonconformities/incidents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on dimensional inspection experience is desirable but not essential, including the use of inspection equipment.
• Ability to understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy.

• Create and manage inspection plans for supplied components.
• Inspect components/products at goods-in, during processing and prior to despatch in accordance with Process Control Procedures and Quality Plans, ensuring they conform to specifications.
• Ensure all records and reports of inspections and checks are maintained.
• Analyse, review and verify relevant specifications and certification.
• Assist in Internal Auditing.
