POSITION INFO:

My client a leading Retail company based in Woodstock is seeking an experience Provident Fund Clerk to join their dynamic team in the pay roll department. Are you a Provident Fund Clerk?

Requirements:

•  Qualifications: Matric essential (Maths optional)
• At least 2 years experience in handling of all Provident Fund withdrawals
• Experience in the handling of Death Claims (of certain Funds)
• Willingness to work overtime
• Experience in Pension and Provident Fund (Pension Fund Act)
• Experience in Claims and/or Fund knowledge would be beneficial 
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the assessment, administration and submittion of claims
• Criminal Clear
• Credit Clear
• SA Citizens only
• Computer literate
• Data capturing and general administration

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Planning and organising skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Teamwork
• Building Customer Loyalty/Treating Clients Fairly
• Building and Maintaining Relationships
• Innovative Thinking
• Discipline in managing multiple tasks
