SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Proposals Engineer with a strong mechanical background and exposure to turbo machinery and pressure vessels? This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients and internal engineering teams to develop accurate, competitive technical and commercial proposals within a complex engineering environment.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements
Interact directly with clients to clarify scope, technical requirements, and commercial queries
Compile and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for proposed solutions
Liaise closely with the engineering team to ensure technically accurate and feasible proposals
Prepare cost estimates and quotations for engineering solutions and equipment
Review and interpret technical documentation and drawings to support proposal development

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Proposals / Estimating / Technical Sales role
Proven experience working with turbo machinery and pressure vessels
Strong ability to understand and interpret technical and engineering drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for costing, estimating, and analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines

Qualification:

Minimum BTech in Mechanical Engineering
