A well-established property management organisation is seeking a Property Services Administrator to support day-to-day building operations, tenant services, maintenance coordination, and property administration.
In this role, you will manage service requests, tenant queries, contractor coordination, and maintenance work orders while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient service delivery. You will also support reporting, accruals, service contracts, and general property administration functions.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up ability, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced property environment.

• Matric (required)
  - Relevant Diploma or 3+ years’ property experience
  - Strong administration and coordination skills
  - Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  - MS Office and Excel proficiency
  - Strong communication and follow-up ability
  - Understanding of property / facilities environment advantageous
  - Deadline-driven and process-focused

• Manage tenant queries, service requests, and maintenance work orders
  - Coordinate contractors and monitor SLA compliance
  - Maintain building documentation, contracts, and compliance files
  - Support new building intake and operational handovers
  - Assist with OHS, risk, and compliance administration
  - Support budgets, accruals, and monthly reporting packs
  - Liaise with tenants, service providers, and property managers
  - Ensure accurate filing, system updates, and general property administration
