An exciting opportunity has opened for a Property Manager to join a well-established property portfolio based in Sandton. This position is perfect for someone with a strong sense of ownership, a natural flair for communication, and a genuine interest in residential estate management.

This role demands a dedicated individual who can juggle client relationships, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance with confidence and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organised, and confident in managing property operations end to end.

Key Duties:

• Manage day-to-day email queries and ensure issues are resolved timeously
• Prepare for and attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including compiling and distributing notices and recording minutes
• Liaise with insurance brokers to update policies, process claims, and manage annual compliance tasks
• Coordinate and track the preparation and approval of audited financial statements
• Assist in the review, drafting, and registration of conduct and management rules
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate scheme records, files, and databases
• Ensure office documentation and filing systems comply with statutory requirements

Key Requirements:

• Matric is essential; a Diploma in Property Management is required
• Additional qualifications such as Paddocks courses are advantageous
• A working knowledge of the Sectional Titles Management Act and homeowners'' constitutions
• 1–3 years’ experience in residential or estate management
• Proficiency in WeconnectU and Microsoft Excel is essential
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
