Is looking for experienced Property Hosts to support our growing portfolio across Johannesburg and Pretoria. Whether you're an emerging hospitality professional ready to grow or an experienced operator with leadership capability, we have opportunities for both Junior and Senior Property Hosts.
As a Property Host, you'll be the frontline representative of the business, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay while coordinating the operational activities that keep our properties running efficiently. You'll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, finance, and operations teams to maintain consistently high standards across multiple properties.

What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving guest enquiries and concerns.
Coordinate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
Ensure every property is guest-ready before arrival.
Conduct pre-arrival, post-departure, and routine quality inspections.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external suppliers.
Assist with onboarding new properties into the portfolio.
Maintain operational records, reports, and scheduling activities.
Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams.
Ensure company standards and operating procedures are consistently maintained.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management.
Experience using Property Management Systems such as Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Hospitable, Boom, NightsBridge, or similar.
Good understanding of Online Travel Agencies including Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, Google Vacation Rentals, Expedia, and Vrbo.
Strong guest communication and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
Professional, reliable, and accountable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Johannesburg or Pretoria.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
Valid driver's licence.
Reliable vehicle advantageous.
