SUMMARY:
Opportunity for experienced Property Coordinator available

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Debt Collecting
  2. In & Out inspections of units
  3. Checking on cleaners
  4. Inspect and check on Buildings/General
  5. Inspect all units once/twice a year
  6. Check legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year
  7. General survey with tenants yearly
  8. Show units to prospective tenants
  9. Preparing lease agreements
  10. Tenant meetings
  11. Property administration
  12. Enforce contractual obligations
  13. Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
  14. Customer service


CRITICAL PERFORMANCE AREA’S
  1. Rent collections
  2. Inspect buildings
  3. Inspect individual units
  4. Check legitimacy of tenants
  5. Lease agreements signed and up to date
  6. In and out inspections
CRITICAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  1. 95% income versus budget
  2. Quarterly inspection report on building conditions
  3. Quarterly inspection report on state of 20 flats individual units
  4. Yearly legitimacy check of all tenants
  5. All lease agreements must be signed and up to date on an ongoing base
  6. In and out inspections when required on an ongoing base
