SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Property Co-ordinator for a permanent vacancy based in Cape Town, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 
  • Grade 12 with 3+ years relevant property coordination experience
  • Valid driver’s license and computer literacy on MS Office
  • Good communication and customer service skills in dealing with tenants
  • Clear credit and criminal record
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Rental collection for units and entrance/exit unit inspections
  • Managing cleaners and handling / organizing tenant meetings
  • Inspection of buildings / units and checking of tenant legitimacy regularly
  • Tenant surveys yearly and preparation of lease agreements
  • Showing units to prospective tenants and enforcing of contractual obligations
  • Property admin and ensure rules & regulations are followed by tenants
  • Draw up lease agreements and ensure signature prior to occupation
 
Salary:  Negotiable
