Duties & Responsibilities

• Property Administration

• Assisting in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance
• Communicating with tenants regarding property-related issues and building positive relationships with them
• Coordinating with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs and overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
• Collaborating with property management team to produce advertising materials and showing properties to prospective tenants
• Doing basic bookkeeping, collecting rent, and preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements

Requirements:

• Minium of 2 Years Experince as an Assistant to property Management
• Driver licence,Own Vehicle
• Ability to work Under pressure
• Ability to multi task
• Computer Literacy
