POSITION INFO:
Join an established property business managing a diverse commercial portfolio. You'll oversee the financial administration of multiple properties while working closely with asset management and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Process tenant recoveries and lease accounting
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage budgets and expense allocations
- Assist with annual audits
- Prepare VAT and statutory submissions
- Ensure accurate property reporting
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting or National Diploma
- Property industry experience highly advantageous
- Strong reconciliations and reporting skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail
