Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Properties Reconciliation Clerk who is experienced in capturing bulk payments and drafting detailed reconciliations. This position will be based at our client''s Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities

Capturing Utility Payments onto the Property System (monthly).

Reconciling Landlord Statements to the Property System (monthly).

Handling Landlord queries telephonically and via email (daily).

Liaising with Landlords to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily).

Calculating Annual Rates increases/decreases (daily).

Assisting with ad hoc projects as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Minimum Matric.
-
Minimum of 3 years Finance/Clerical experience.
-
Strong reconciliation experience is essential.
-
Property reconciliation experience is advantageous.
Competencies

Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong numeric skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Able to prioritize and multi-task.

Able to work with tight deadlines.
