Our client operates within Southern Africa in the civil and structural engineering software sector. The business provides software implementation, technical consulting, and product training in specialized computing environments.

The Role: Prokon Technical Support Consultant

The Prokon Technical Support Consultant exists to deliver internal and external technical support, training, and software implementation. The role contributes to the business by conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and support research. Main focus areas include technical consulting and workflow implementation within civil and structural engineering computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply 2 years of required Prokon Software experience to provide internal and external technical consulting.

• Conduct product training, software demonstrations, and product presentations.

• Execute software and workflow implementations for clients.

• Perform product support research to resolve technical queries.

• Provide technical consulting across Southern Africa.

• Apply technical knowledge of computing environments for Prokon and Autodesk software.

• Utilize own driver''s license and vehicle for work duties as required.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years'' experience with Prokon Software.

• Minimum required qualification of B. Eng. (Civil Engineering) Degree.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Written and telephonic references for previous work history.

• Available to start as soon as possible.

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structures CAD Software (Advantageous).

• Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D CAD Software (Advantageous).

• Exposure to Civil and Structural industries (Advantageous).

• Technical knowledge of computing environment for Prokon / Autodesk environments (Advantageous).

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills (Advantageous).

• Team player with a passion for Engineering and CAD Software (Advantageous).

• Own license and vehicle for work use (Advantageous).
