Award-winning augmented and virtual reality solutions company, doing bespoke projects for several industries seeks a Project manager with Scrum experience to manage multiple teams locally and internationally. You will also be in touch with clients and will communicate between clients and the operational team. You will be expected to deliver projects on time within budget and scope with high-quality output.

Duties include:

• Implementing scrum within the internal and external teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered within time and within budget.
• Resource management
• Quality assurance on all assets delivered including code, 3D assets and animations.
• Document procedures such as process flows, GUI and Sign off documentation needs to be adhered to within the project.
• Managing multiple teams on various projects.
• Communication and feedback on projects need to be well communicated to the directors
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies within the VR and AR industry.
• KPI monitoring and after project feedback meetings needs to be implemented.

• Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
• Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
• Assembling and leading the project team.
• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products'' performance.

Good growth potential. You will be required to travel nationally to clients at least once a month. Good English and Afrikaans and own vehicle. You will need a tertiary qualification and min 3yrs project management exp in an augmented and virtual reality solutions company or similar.
